Then you had the buy back program, if you buy another 15K in points and stay in the program for 5 more years they will buy it back for 20% of what you have in it, so you basically getting what you paid to get into the program and fees you pay during the five years, back where you started. Very pushy.Our sale man was a actor so he showed us all his pictures from being in Hawaii 5 O. I bought when this company was called Trendwest in 1996. And then Covid hit so no one was going anywhere. Always get the run around, and deal with maintenance fees rising!!!! This was the worst experience we have had. They make you talk to several people and even offer a trial one for a year overpriced to lead to regular one . Very unresponsive to any request we had.
